Deborah Petrell is currently the Senior Vice President & Sales and Marketing Manager for Florida First Capital Finance Corporation (FFCFC), with more than 35 years of experience in the real estate industry. Before relocating to South Florida Debbie managed the development of over 500 single family homes and several commercial and industrial parks in MA. She also formed Domenic Financial to originate A&D loans for local developers. Before becoming FFCFC’s top producing BDO, she was the Vice President of Research and Finance for the Great Fort Lauderdale Alliance processing industrial revenue bonds and tax credits for Broward County. Debbie has a B.S from Emmanuel College and an M.B.A from Simmons Business School, Simmons College, Boston, MA.
Gena Gustin earned both a B.S. and M.A. from University of Miami, Coral Gables, FL. Ms. Gustin began her career in scientific research at University of Miami and then biomedical research and management at Vanderbilt University, Nashville, TN. She bridged her technical scientific knowledge to a career in business development and sales within multiple environmental sectors that are heavily regulated to ensure compliance resulting in the protection of natural resources and human health and safety. Over the past seven years, Ms. Gustin has specialized in workflow creation, process improvement, product launches and territory expansions primarily at startups.

Stuart Gitlow MD MPH MBA is a Harvard-trained board-certified general, addiction, and forensic psychiatrist with an active clinical practice. Serving as faculty at the University of Florida and Past President of the American Society of Addiction Medicine, Dr. Gitlow is active in policy development and a former Chair of the American Medical Association’s Council on Science and Public Health. He is an acknowledged addiction expert for the Federal Aviation Administration and Social Security Administration’s Office of Disability Adjudication and Review. Dr. Gitlow’s business background focuses on finance and marketing, areas in which he has worked for Apple Computer, Inc., America Online, and the American Broadcasting Company.
Heather Champion is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. Heather’s career began in New York, studying Mental Health Counseling at Adelphi University in Garden City. While working with the severely mentally ill population on Long Island’s east end, she began developing a variety of techniques to help her client obtain long-term healing and the skills necessary to manage life with their mental illnesses. In 2015 Heather moved to south Florida to begin working in the world of addiction and co-occurring disorders. She started in detoxification and residential levels of care and specialized in those with frequent relapses, she then moved on to the residential and PHP levels of care further developing her unique style of therapy through a variety of interventions including one utilizing Safety Planning. She is now focusing her work on the IOP level of care, establishing protocols to assist her clients to build safe lives away from mind altering substances.
Ursula Pahl, RN, received her nursing degree from the Academy of Nursing in Munich, Germany and her Psychiatry and Neurology specialization from the Max-Planck- Institute for Neurology and Psychiatry in Munich, Germany. Ursula Pahl is also licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Oklahoma and Florida. Ms. Pahl has an extensive background in crisis intervention, alcoholism and opioid addiction. She was partner in an active opioid addiction practice and oversaw and participated in all Research related activities as the Lead Clinical Study Coordinator.
